Not much is known about countries outside of Russia, but there has been individual skirmishes and uprisings leading up to and after World War Three. One such instance includes the Japanese attack of a Chinese island outpost. It is not known whether or not Japan was retaking the island, or if they were the agressors. In the end, after a violent but short tank battle, the Chinese defenses were overrun. Most of the weaponry the defenders were using was acquisitioned by the Japanese amphibious troops. What the Japanese plan to do next, and whether or not this was a defensive or aggressive maneuver, is still undetermined.
